SUPPORT THE MEADE COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL BAND

The Meade County Band is located in Brandenburg, KY and has a long tradition of musical excellence. We mix hard work, determination and fun to build memories that will last a lifetime. Our award-winning band program includes the Meade County Marching Band, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Ensemble, Color Guard, and Winter Guard. Our membership proudly represents the Meade County Band program in honor bands across the state such as WKU honor band, Louisville Youth Orchestra, All District Band, and All State Band.

Band requires a great deal of work outside the classroom and outside the regular school year. When you support the Meade County High School Band, you are aligning your support with one of the most hard working bands in Kentucky. The Marching Band is a past Kentucky State 3A Champion and two time Middle Tennessee State University Contest of Champions Grand Champion. The band has been a regular finalist at local contests, receiving Reserve Grand Champion and Best Overall Music awards in recent years. In 2018 the MCHS Band was a Mid-States Band Association Class AAA Championship Finalist and has been a consistent KMEA State 5A Semi-Finalist since 2010. The Meade County Band currently has nearly 250 band students enrolled in grades 7-12 and their parents who are eager to support the band in order to achieve success.

Sponsorship and Donor Program Goals

It takes approximately $150,000 per year to supplement the Meade County band programs. The Meade County Band Boosters support this through fees and fundraising. Your donation will help band students by providing the following: 

• Full and partial scholarships for students to ensure participation 

• Bringing in additional instructors

• Traveling to competitions and performances 

• Repairing and replacing instruments 

• Feeding the students during camps and competitions 

• Purchase and design of shows and buying music.

When you give to the Band program, you can see your donation in action! Choose from three levels of sponsorship with visibility proportionate to the level of commitment. Our sponsors are our partners, and we feel honored to promote those who help enrich our students’ opportunities

Platinum Sponsor - $1,000.00+

• Announced recognition at all home football games before the halftime show 

• Logo featured prominently on band trailer and band website with link 

• Logo displayed prominently at all football and basketball concessions for the 2025-2026 school year

• Social media spotlight (monthly)

• Framed custom thank you certificate and handwritten thank you card from the MCHS Band and Band Director

• Full page ad in all concert programs

• Company logo displayed on parent T-shirts. Sponsorships due August 1, 2025.

Gold Sponsor $500.00+

• Logo placement on band website

• Company logo displayed on parent T-shirts. Sponsorships due August 1, 2025.

• Logo displayed at all football and basketball concessions for the 2025-2026 school year

• Half page ad in all concert programs

• Social media spotlight (quarterly)

• Framed certificate and thank you card from the MCHS Band Boosters and Band Director

Silver Sponsor $250.00+

• A thank you card and letter from the Band Director 

• Group "Thank you" post on social media (quarterly)
